<滿面香>使用老麵、年產量有限的傳統客家庄梅乾菜、當日的黑毛溫體豬肉、糖與醬油。市面上販售梅乾菜肉包稀少,泡、煮、炒多道程序,相當費工,但滿面香用心製作,每一步驟都不省略,就是要挑動顧客欲嚐鮮的味蕾。
